Howe Homestead Park
Howe Homestead Park is a park on Walnut Blvd. Entering the park you get an impression of how the area looked in the 1920's or '30's. Tours of the house and gardens are made by arrangement only. There is a community garden here, and so is the start of the Kovar Trail. If you are so inclined, you can park here and go hiking on miles of trails in the Diablo hills.

Dean Lesher Regional Center for the Arts is home to California Symphany, Diablo Ballet, and has a number of theatrical productions through out the year. The Bedford Gallery is also located on the ground floor of the Regional Center. Currently there is an exhibit of motorcycles at Bedford Gallery.
